The Creative Cottage is now accepting new consignors.  Don't know what to do with your old clothes, shoes, home decorations and etc.  Then contact The Creative Cottage.  We come pick up your items, inventory them and assign them a number, write up a description of them and post them on the internet on multiple websites. 

We charge $.50per item to do the above descriptions and place it on the internet.  When your items sales we get 20% and you get 80%.  We do require that the $.50 (cents) per item be paid when we pick up the merchandise.  You will be issued a invoice showing the total pieces that we picked up.  All items must be in new like or gift-able condition.  They may not be faded, torn, stained or anything like that.

You will also be given another sheet at end of each month showing your item minus the 20% and the 80that will be payable to you.  Checks will be issued on the 5th of every month.
