FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept local checks, cash, money orders and paypal. There will be
a $30.00 NSF charge for all returned checks. Please make checks out to Stephanie Johnson.
LAY-A-WAY
GUIDELINES
Must be paid for in full within 30 days
unless prior arrangements have been made.
Must
put down 20% deposit for 30 days.
Items
must be picked up by the end of the second business day of being paid in full. If not picked up by 4:00 pm on the second business day buyer will be charged a $5.00 per day storage fee.
Lay-A-Ways must be signed and dated by the buyer. By
signing this agreement you are stating you agree to the “Lay-A-Way” terms and agreements.
Late fee of $5.00 per day if not paid by 3:00 pm of the payment due date. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

HOLD
POLICY
Will hold items until the end of business
day without a deposit. If not picked up by 4:00 pm merchandise will be placed back on the shelf.
Will hold two business days with a 20% deposit.
If
you don’t return in the allotted time you will forfeit your hold deposit and the merchandise will be
Placed back on the shelf.
Items paid in full must be picked up by the end of
the second business day. If not picked up by 4:00 pm.
on the second business day buyer will be charged a $5.00 per day storage fee. The storage fee must be paid
in full prior to The Creative Cottage releasing the items. If items are not picked up by the 5th
business day customer forfeits ½ of the total amount paid for the items.

DEPOSITS
Our special order items are not made
in advance due to the person ordering might want a specific theme or made using a certain color. Due to that nature
we do require a 10% deposit for the jewelry and a 20% deposit for gift baskets, diaper cakes, towel cakes and candy cakes. Your
deposit is due in advance and will be deducted from your total bill. You may take care of your deposit by using pay-pal
or you may may drop it by to us.
Once an order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel it. If order is cancelled
within the 24 hour period we will refund your whole deposit. If it is after the 24 hour period your deposit will not
be refunded as we have already started working on your order.
PRIVACY:
All the information collected on this site is for internal use only by The Creative Cottage. We will never sell,
rent or distribute any of your personal information to anyone else. Your privacy is very important to us.
